IN PROGRESS: Custom LED Matrix

I’m currently working on this project.

The aim of this project is to make a billboard style LED matrix that I can project images and writing on to.

At the moment it comprises of 10 x 90 LEDs, but I am going to expand that to at least 20 x 90 LEDs.

The stopping point with this project at the moment is how to attach the LED strips to a fixed surface.
I’ve toyed around with corflute, but the easily accessible corflute is too thin.
